最初週5と思っていたのにいつの間にかほぼ毎日更新に…。筋肉痛とうまく付き合いながら続けてます。トレーニング方法やフォームなどご指導ありがとうございます！動画に関してコメント頂いた事などとてもありがたく思っておりますが、それらを反映できる場合でも慣れない動画の編集やUPする作業上などタイムラグがある事をご了承ください。
