I’m Vicky Ross and I’m so glad to have you here .
I am a PILATES instructor, model and my passion is Sport and Yoga, stretching and flexibility .

These 9 minute stretching exercises can be done at home ideally after every workout so that you can cool down your full body properly. These stretches are amazing for flexibility and relaxation after workouts. You can do them at night or in the morning!
I like to do these stretching exercises in the morning, after a workout and at night before bed because they help me relax and practice my flexibility. If you have more time at home, feel free to keep going or hold the stretches for longer so that your full body gets into a deeper stretch!
