Hello EVERYONE !
I’m Vicky Ross and I’m so glad to have you here .
I am a PILATES instructor, model and my passion is Sport and Yoga, stretching and flexibility .
This is a place where I post my workouts and healthy life style videos.
My goal is to help inspire everyone at all fitness and levels to get up, get moving and reach their goals !
We will stretch our hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors, back, work on our spine mobility and so on.
You don’t need any equipment or weights!
The order of exercises ( each exercise is 30 seconds length)

3. Cat cow
4. Thread the needle (Right)
5.Thread the needle (left)
6. Walk the dog
7. Deep lunge (right)
8. Deep lunge (left)
9. Lizzard pose (right)
10. Lizzard pose (left)
11. Runners stretch (right)
12.Runners stretch (left)
13. Sphinx
14. Shoulder stretch & spine twist (left)
15.Shoulder stretch & spine twist (right)
16. Butterfly pose
17. One leg forward bend (left)
18. One leg forward bend (right)
19. Lying split (right)
20. lying split (left)
