Stacy is a wonderful Poledancer with a great Flexibility. So we try to work togeather ever 1-2 Months. Shes super easy with Straddlesplits so we are working on Overstraddles with Blocks and Flexyplates. Another focus is on her Cheststand. Its going better and better with breathing and relaxing. Have Fun with it.
Sorry for the bit dark lightning, it was the only light in that training room.
