I am a PILATES instructor, model and my passion is Sport and Yoga, stretching and flexibility .

Works perfectly as a cool down after any kind of workout, before bed or in the morning after waking up!
We stretch the sides of our body, our legs, tummy and work on our spine and hip mobility.
The order of exercises, each exercise is 30 seconds.
1. Side to side stretch
2. Arm circles
3. Neck circles
4. Cat & Cow rolls
5. Hip flexor (right)
6. Hamstrings stretch
7. Pigeon stretch
8. Hip flexor (left)
9. Hamstrings stretch
10. Hamstrings stretch
11. Tummy stretch
